The staff is exceptional, particularly in helping to arrange transport and offering recommendations. While the sound insulation between bungalows could be improved, the cleanliness and charm make up for it. Dining was a highlight, especially the locally sourced dishes, and the fresh passion juice was a delightful treat.

The cozy bungalows with amazing views were delightful.
I was really frustrated with the slow Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to plan our daily activities. The distance from the city center was more of a hassle than I expected, as ordering a Grab wasn't practical. Not to mention the noise at night. the jungle sounds were overwhelming, making it hard for the light sleepers in our group to rest.

The shower ran out of hot water if you lingered too long!!! The dining options lacked variety and left much to be desired. Also, the shared bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning!!!
